If you donate to us and do not donate anonymously, we obtain information such as your name, email address, and mailing address. Our online payment processor, Qgiv, will also collect your credit or debit card number or other payment information. Your State Privacy Rights
If you are a California, Nevada, Colorado, Virginia, or Utah resident, your state’s laws may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the sale of personal information of children ages 13 through 16 requires opt-in consent from the child and the sale of personal information of children under the age of 13 cannot be sold without parent or guardian permission. We do not currently sell personal information of children.
